This is my cake section, i enhoy making and decorating birthday cakes, cupcakes and any other special occassion really!
So here is just a few of my cakes and some recipes on how to do it yourself! :)

This is a cookie monster cake, and is really simple to make! It's a sponge cake with butter cream in the middle; with a layer of white ready to roll white icing underneath followed by blue ready to role icing on top! The mouth is just edible black paint :)

This is a pirate cake that i made for my boyfriends birthday, it is similar to the cookie monster cake, just with different ready to roll icing colours and design! :)

This again was a simple sponge cake, but this time it has just buttercream all over the sponge and a simple cut out heart and edible glitter :)

I remember being extremely proud of this cake after i had made it, as it was the first time i had attempted to make an animal out of icing. I think i did a really good job for my first time at trying it out! :)

This is cake where i first made a rose out of icing, it took me a really long time and i won't lie and say it's easy because it takes a lot of practise! Once you get the hang of it though it's lovely!

This is how to make vanilla buscuits! They were delicious and i made them with my little sister so i just had to share the recipe on here! Enjoy, love mollie xo

Firstly you need to sift 5 and a half oz of flour into a bowl

You then need to put the same amount of butter into the flou and crumble to two together until it becomes a crumb/dough like state.

You then need to add 4oz of caster sugar to the mixture and mix it all up until it becomes doughy!

Kneed it and then role it up into a giant ball!

Then use cutters to cut out what ever shape you want to!

Bake in the oven at 180 degree's for around 15-20 minutes!

And the decorate them however you want to! I let my little sister decorate ours :)
Love mollie xo

I made these piggy cupcakes when my sister was having a fate at school, all i really used was pink marshmellows, gold edible balls, and pink coloured butter cream! Delicious!

This is one that i made for my Grandad, and because he loves pigs, i made a little pig out of ready to roll pink icing and he love it!

This may look strange, but it is in fact all part of an inside joke! My cousin is called Sophie and my younger sister named her Sophie Slug, so the things on the cake are slugs munching on lettuce!

For halloween i decided to make some cupcakes for the halloween party my sister was having, i think they turned out pretty scary!

All you want at christmas time is some yummy muffins! So thats what i did! These are white chocolate muffins with christmas creations on top, such as a penguin or a candy stick. Dusted with icing to make them look as though snow has fallen all over them! :)

My best creation yet! I just simply love this swirl flower cake, and it was delicious!

This was a cake i made for my friends birthday! it's simple but effective :)

Nothing beats a good old chocolate covered cake! With yummy malteasers on the top!

These are my Valentines days cupcakes! Pink buttercream with flowers pressed onto the cakes and a dusting of edible glitter! xo
